Refund policy

 

If the products that you receive are damaged or faulty or do not match the description given at the time of the sale, please ensure you return them to us within 7 days of receiving them. Please pack it in a sealed box with protective packing material and include a note to tell us why you are sending it back. Refunds will be issued within 7 days after receiving the products on our side.

If you are cancelling your order because you’ve changed your mind, please note that you will have to pay the costs for returning the goods (if the goods have already been dispatched). You must notify Wonderveld in writing of your cancellation (marciigoose@icloud.com) and any such cancellation notice must be provided by the person who placed the order with us and must be communicated within 7 calendar days of delivery.

The relevant goods must be returned to us, at your own cost, unopened, unused and undamaged in the original packaging within 7 calendar days.

If the goods are returned as set out, you will receive a full refund within 30 calendar days of our receipt of the returned goods (provided that you have made your bank details available to us).
