Shipping policy

Shipping Process

Once you place your order online it can take us between 1 – 5 working days to process your order. The first working day is the following day that the order is placed. Working days exclude weekends of course.

Although we do our very best to ensure all orders placed are picked, packed and dispatched within 5 working days of when they are ordered, there are times when this may not be possible. Especially during busy times of the year, like Christmas time. We ask that you please understand and rather order early to avoid a possible delayed shipment.

Only after processing your order will your parcel be dispatched and the estimated shipping time will start, which will be between 3-5 working days (5 – 7 working days for Regional areas). At this point, you will also be provided with a tracking number via email that allows you to check the status of your shipment. You will also receive additional emails regarding any change in the delivery status of your package.

Online orders will be processed from 9am to 5pm from Monday to Friday (Working days). We are closed on public holidays. Should you try to contact us outside of our working hours we will contact you as soon as possible on the next working day.
