COLD CARE HERBAL TEA - With Liquorice root + Cape Horehound

Liquorice root has strong antioxidant and antimicrobial properties, often used for respiratory infections. Horehound acts as an expectorant, helping to loosen mucus. Rosemary and sage are known for their antimicrobial and antiviral benefits, with rosemary also improving blood flow to relieve headaches. Klip dagga can reduce stress, anxiety, and inflammation. Ginger contains gingerol, which helps support the body and provides quick relief.

Use 1 heaped teaspoon (1g) per cup (15 ml).

Infuse with hot water for 5-10 minutes. 

Ingredients: Cape Horehound (Marrubium vulgare), Klip Dagga (Leonotis nepetifolia), Rosemary, Liquorice root, Sage, Orange Peel, Ginger root, Peppermint leaves.
